Scan the dedicated Wi-Fi QR located at the living-room desk for instant connection.
Hot Tub
Hours: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Unlock both cover straps.
Fold the cover over the retention bar, then lift and fold it back.
Use the lightbulb icon for spa lighting.
Use Jets 1 / Jets 2 for the massage jets. One jet bank is generally enough for two people — use both when the spa is full.
When finished
Turn off jets.
Turn off lights.
Replace the cover.
Secure both straps.
Hot tub use ends at 10:00 PM.
Fire Pit
Remove the fire pit cover.
Turn the gas control knob ON.
Use the extended lighter provided to ignite.
Adjust the flame as desired.
When finished, turn the gas completely OFF.
Allow the fire pit to cool fully before replacing the cover.
Trash & Recycling
Trash and recycling bins are located next to the garage. Please place household trash in the designated bins before checkout.
Smoking
The Fox Haus is non-smoking and non-vaping indoors. Smoking is permitted only outside on the cement deck. Please fully extinguish smoking materials — wildfire prevention is especially important in the mountains.
A Little Mountain Courtesy
The Fox Haus is part of a residential mountain community.
- Please keep outdoor noise low, particularly at night.
- Amplified music should not be audible beyond the property.
- Hot tub use ends at 10:00 PM.
- Please use only the four designated parking spaces.
